Insulation Prepreg Paper H Class

Class H prepreg for dry-type transformer is a stage B prepreg made of polyimide polyarylamide fiber paper soft composite material or other flexible composite material with a temperature index of more than 180, impregnated with heat-resistant resin, and baked. The product has high mechanical strength, excellent dielectric properties and heat resistance; It can form a strong insulating layer after being wrapped with copper and aluminum foil after heat curing. It is an ideal class H insulation material between the layers of dry-type transformer foil coils and other H class motors, electrical slots, turns, and layers.

The standard color of the product is brownish yellow, colorless, or user-specified color.

Product Classification

According to the provisions of JB/T2197, the models of H class prepreg for dry-type transformers are as follows:

* Prepreg with polyimide film polyarylamide fiber paper soft composite substrate: 6450 (NHN)

* Prepreg with polyimide film alkali-free fiberglass cloth soft composite material as substrate: 6452 (GHG)

* Prepreg with polyimide film, polyester nonwoven, soft composite material: 6453 (SHS)

Product curing conditions

Cured at 100°C for 4 hours, then heated to 140°C±5°C for 6 hours; or raise the temperature to 150°C ±5°C for 4 hours to cure.

The product should be stored below 30 °C, in a dry, clean and well-ventilated warehouse, not close to fire, heat and sunlight. The storage period is 12 months; It can still be used after passing the inspection after the storage period.
